Meet the Trainer

His full name is Mehmet Baha and everyone calls him Baha. Since his childhood, he has been fascinated by the question: “How can I make a difference in the lives of people?” His interest leads him to win a scholarship from Fulbright and finish his master’s in the USA on the topic of Conflict Resolution. He has lived and worked in Germany, Turkey, Ireland, Guatemala, and the USA with more than 18 years of work experience. Baha was one of the first employees of Facebook in Europe. Throughout his life, he has realized the importance of having psychological safety to create high-performing teams. So far, he has delivered training and given talks in more than 28 countries across 5 continents. Recently, he completed MIT Sloan’s Executive Education Programme “Leading Organisations and Change”. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Turkish, and German. In his free time, he loves to play percussion, travel with his family, and play puzzles with his 5-year-old daughter. His new book “Playbook for Engaged Employees“ was released in April 2021 and already purchased in the US, Canada, Germany, the UK, Australia, and Switzerland.

What if I have questions about the topic in between learning sessions?

The trainer Baha will be more than happy to answer your questions. Email him your questions throughout the learning sessions, he will reply to your emails within 24 hours on business days.

Do I need to take all four live online learning sessions?

Yes, it is crucial that you take the entire training program. The modules are connected to one another. This way, you can get the most out of the live online training.

What materials will I get at the end of the learning sessions?

You will get a soft copy of Baha’s new book “Playbook for Engaged Employees“. It will be sent with tracking by standard post. Also, you will get all the slides used in the live online training. (Special sound effects and special 3rd party videos used in the training unfortunately will not be shared with participants.) Additionally, you will get a list of recommended readings (books) on psychological safety so that after the training, you keep learning and advancing.

If I miss a learning session, will I get the recorded version of the session?

Each learning session is very interactive with breakout room activities, individual and group work. To maximize your learning, we definitely recommend you attend all live online learning sessions. If you cannot attend, we can send you the recorded version. Please keep in mind that the recorded version will not include break-out room activities, will be short, and can therefore miss important information related to social learning.

What is the expected number of participants in this live online training?

We have a limited number of spots available. Max. 12 participants will participate in this training.

Is there any prerequisite to attend this live online training?

This live online training does not require prerequisites or prior knowledge. Bring your openness to learn and share, your constructive attitude, and your commitment to learning and improving.

Do I need to prepare ahead of the online learning sessions?

No preparation is needed for the first session. For the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th learning sessions, you need around 30 mins of preparation to write down what you applied from the previous session, how you applied and what result you achieved.

Do you offer face-to-face training in addition to online?

This training is online. And yes, in case you want a face-to-face training session, it can be done separately for your teams/organization. Please contact baha@solutionfolder.com to book a special face-to-face training.

Do you offer training in languages other than English?

This live online training is in English only. In case you want training in German, Turkish or Spanish, please contact baha@solutionfolder.com.

What is the cancellation policy?

In the unlikely event that the training is canceled, the training will be rescheduled to a date that works for all participants.
